| IPTC INFO | | Caption | Leonardo Da Vinci's famous painting according to the Da Vinci code shows Mary Magdelene to the right of Jesus. Conventional wisdom had assumed this was the apostle John. Mary Magdalene is described in the New Testament as a woman who had seven demons cast out of her followed Christ and was the first to see him after his resurrection. ***** WAS JESUS MARRIED? There is a significant body of evidence which maintains Mary Magdala was the wife of Jesus Christ who escaped through Alexandria Egypt to eventually settle with their daughter Sara in southern France. Her royal blood became that of the local royal family who were said to possess extraordinary powers of healing and whose desendent inspired the first crusade to Jerusalem by Western Europe. This story is also behind the legend of the Holy Grail as well as the rise and fall of the Cathars of France. ***** The Gospel of Mary of Magdala- a second-century gospel that was discovered in the 19th century and not published until 1955 shows Mary to be the apostle to whom Jesus revealed deep theological insights. Much of the Gospel of Mary of Magdala is missing destroyed by years of decay where it was hidden. The portions that we have tell two main stories. One story shows Mary to be motivating the apostles to spread the word after Jesus's death. The other story is Jesus discussing the soul's passage into the afterlife. ******** The resurrection of Mary Magdalen and the sacred Feminine is occurring where the sages predicted at the end of the age of Pisces and the dawning of Aquarius | | Headline | Mary wife of Jesus co-hosting the Last Supper | | Copyright Notice | Da Vinci Code | | URL | www.carnaval.com/aquarius | | User | Guest |
